I'm not receiving email notifications

I noticed that since July 5/6 I have not been receiving email notifications on form submissions. I tried going in and forwarding the submissions to my email directly and I am still not receiving any of the emails sent from my JotForm account. My gmail address is working completely fine- this is the only site I am not receiving emails from.

How do I need to resolve this?

I included the form on my website, but had a form filled out through a direct link today and still did not receive an email.

Gmail is known to work best with Jotform. Your latest form submissions were sent based on our logs. But I see that you were using your own email as the custom sender email of the form. Please note that Gmail has updated their own DMARC policy (https://dmarc.org/). With this policy, they're blocking outgoing emails that are sent outside their servers.

If you'd like to use your own email, please use the SMTP method instead: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form. Otherwise, you are free to switch to our default which is the noreply@jotform.com
