    No submissions on the mail.

    Since 14th of July i do not receive submissions on my e-mail. Please help me solve the problem!

    I checked our email logs for the address in your form and they have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:

    That email address is currently in our bounce list, this is why you're not receiving emails, here is the reason: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 Spam message rejected; If this is NOT spam contact abuse at hoster.ru

    I removed that email address and you should receive your emails now, besides to what David suggested above I would like to suggest you to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses so you avoid emails from us being blocked due to a security filter: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Please delete nk@mosflat.ru from your bouncing list. Once again we do not receive emails on that address

    I have now removed the email address nk@mosflat.ru from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the next notifications successfully.

    You can also remove an address from the bounce list using your account. Simply follow this guide on How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List.

    Please ask your email service provider to whitelist jotform's addresses to prevent further bouncing related issues. Here's a list of our addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
