Hi Jot Form Team!
I recently had customer fill out a form and for some reason it only sent it to on email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and not to everyone on the list.
Can you please let me know why this might have happened? It has been fine in the past and I don't believe we changed anything?

Upon checking the recipient emails, only one was found in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Please check the spam folder for the other recipients. Also, whitelist our domain names, within each email, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
