    Hello,

    How can send the form when it is fill out automatic to my E-mail?

    Hi Fred,

    By default, the form you create will already have a Notification E-mail setup on it. This way you will recieve email alert every time your form is used.

    Hey,
    Thanks for your quick response.
    I have all the settings as shown are correct.
    But I still get a message if the form is completed and sent.
    I really hope you can help me.

    Hello Fred,

    I think what you mean is that you are still not receiving an email if the form is completed and sent, yes?  If so, can you check your spam folder / junk mail folder if the email landed there? So far the emails appear to have been sent properly except for one email address. May I ask if you have this email address to be correct: seretariaat@whgdevanenburg.nl 

    The said email address landed in the bounce list because it appears to be non-existent. Here is the error:  Reason(s) : smtp; 550 Unrouteable address

    Please let us know if you have questions or in need of assistance.

    Have a quick look but the address is correct here, There is
    secretariaat@whgdevanenburg.nl
    Have also looked into the spam, but there is also no mention in.
    I do not know if it's possible that you log on my form and see if everything correctly?
    I would like it to be working because think it's a great form so.
    I hope you can help me.

    Hello Fred,
    I think what you mean is that you are still not receiving an email if the form is completed and sent, yes?  If so, can you check your spam folder / junk mail folder if the email landed there?     Hello Fred, 

    As part of the support team, we are able to access the logs of email deliveries to identify issues reported by users.   

    Anyway, I see now the discrepancy, there was a typo on the email address you have entered. The email address in the email alert is missing a letter 'c':

    seretariaat@whgdevanenburg.nl

    So please remove and re-enter the email address in your email notification:

    secretariaat@whgdevanenburg.nl

    You can also just copy-paste the email for you to be sure that the email is correct.
