Hi there,
I've recently came to realise that Jotform is no longer sending me information of forms i have available on my website. My website (www.mousse.pt) has a Jotform form where clients can insert their details and contact information which upon submitting should forward the information to my email (info@mousse.pt). Now, the problem here is that since May 2016, i've stopped receiving this information - although clients claim to have submitted the form. Could you please have a look and make sure everything is working properly? thanks in advance!
Mara

The email address was in bounce list, but it has now been white-listed: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Your notification is not well setup, the sender name is missing:
Make sure to assign a value in your "Sender Name". You can assign a field from your form where the user enters her name (usually the"Name" field -or similar), or you can leave "JotForm" as its default value.
In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
Here are our domain names:
- us-sub1.jotservers.com
- us-sub2.jotservers.com
- aws-sub1.jotservers.com
