I'm using the form as a production brief for my creative team and I would like to personalize a report that would update itself each time I receive a new brief, so I could use this file as a reference of all the project requests I received in a year. It would also help me to manage the workflow.
If I can find a way to meet my needs, I would probably ask for an upgrade to get all the other teams to use it.
