    Not Receiving Email Notifications

    According to the email active log in Jotform, approximately 20 forms have been submitted from our internal team, however no one is receiving the forms that are sent. We always send a copy of any forms that are launched to an internal inbox, but have received zero of them today.

     I confirmed that this email address that receives all form notifications and those that were sent the forms were not on the bounce list.

    After taking a deeper dive, there are 83 emails listed in the email activity log that were sent today )Thursday, July 21, 2016) and not a single one was received by the email recipient.

    This has never been an issue for us in the past.

    I have inspected your form and found several email notifiers and conditions attached to those email notifiers. To my understanding, this form is working properly before and suddenly it stop sending you email notifications, is that correct? Please allow me some time to make some tests on a clone version of your form and I will get back to you as soon as possible if I found any.

    Yes that is correct. Some of our email notifiers also look like they are only associated with one email address, when it has always been setup as a condition to populate one of several email addresses that we have built in conditions for (if that helps).

    The conditions associated with your email notifications seems to be working fine if it is met. However, you have mentioned that you're seeing the emails being sent when you check the email history of your account.

    I see that the sender email of the notification on your account is a custom sender email. It means that Jotform is sending the emails but it will appear as being sent by the custom sender email. That is why you will see in your mail logs that it is being sent. Have you checked your spam folder to see if the emails are there? Also, I would recommend you try to use the noreply@jotform.com to see if the emails are going to be sent after a submission.

    With regards to the email address set to receive your email notifications when conditions are met, I suggest you review/inspect the receiver set in your form conditions. You can, of course, update it to your preference.
