Centre everything, text buttons and entire form.

Hey team, I've been asking a lot of questions lately and I'm almost 100% happy with the forms.

If you could please review my forms (including the one linked to Re-features). I'm reviewing everything on my PC (dell xps 15) and am seeing everything off centre. Mainly on the right hand side. My questions are:

How do I centre a form layout?

How do I centre the form text, buttons and everything in between?

Also is it possible to have only one radio button selected at anytime? Currently both can be selected.

Also plus one, I've noticed the back ground image can double up on the thank you page, is there a size it needs to be or should be to prevent it from playing up on different devices.

    Thank you ^_^

It seems to me that you mainly want to fix some formatting issues with your form and that can be achieved with our form designer or through injected css.
