I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening again in the future, we recommend doing the following:
1. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your safe sender/contact list. Especially, if you are using any of these as your sender email.
2. Whitelist Jotform. You can find the list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.

In the future, if you have similar problems you can also remove your email address from bounce list on your side.
