i like the count down timer widget............one issue however.............when someone visits my form and lets say the timer starts out at one hour left
then if they visit the form later it starts out at one hour left again
how do we create a sense of urgency for the buyer if the countdown timer starts again from the beginning
also.............what happens on the form or to the form once the timer reaches zero?

Unfortunately, the widget cannot be locked to continue the same time even the browser is refreshed. The timer would be restarting if the form is loaded again.
Using the timer widget on the form displays the countdown as per the time set and does nothing after the time is reached. You may want to check the Global countdown widget that controls the submission of the form.
Once the time is reached, based on the setting on the widget the form can be auto submitted or block the submission.
Not sure if this helps, but you may restrict the user for multiple submissions you may limit by using the cookies/IP/unique field from the form Preferences.
That is the form can be auto-submitted by using Global countdown submission and can be restricted to submit again.
Hope this information helps!

Yes, the global countdown widget also resets the time if you refresh the page. Unfortunately, there is no way to continue to the same time when you refresh the page. If you have any question or issues, please do not hesitate contacting us. We will be glad to assist you.
