Until recently, notification emails have been coming through to our email address without any issues, however since Friday they are no longer coming through. I have added your email addresses to Outlook Safe Senders, and also added the following to Office 365:

- aws-sub1.jotservers.com
- aws-sub2.jotservers.com
- us-app2.jotservers.com
- jotservers.com
- jotmails.com
- jotform.com
- amazonses.com
- email.amazonses.com

- secure.jotform.co
- s3.amazonaws.com
- static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.comHelp :-)

We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email address, dsa@access2learn.co.uk is IN our bounce list.
Results shows;
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 relay not permitted.
I removed it from the bounce and unsubscribe lists.
In the future, if you have similar problems you can also remove your email address from bounce list on your side.
