Is it possible to have a page with a generated signable document?

I would like to know if JOT FORM CAN HELP WITH THIS:

I want customers to fill out a form, then be taken to the next page where a power of attorney form will be generated with details that they entered on the form and they can sign.

Is this possible?

So you mean you want your form filled out by users and go to the next page containing an autogenerated agreement they must sign?

What I would suggest is that you build your form to collect the information you need then all you have to do is add a signature widget to it to allow your users to sign off on it. You could even user our pdf embedder widget to add form documents on it.

Another way would be to have one form prepopulate a second form containing a signature field on the second form and that is embedded on the first form so that it appears that way.
