Can you help me with the form I created so it will allow customers to fill out the info.

I created an appointment form that requires info from the customer (i.e. name, phone, address), but when I try to fill in the information, it dosen't take any letters or numbers. ????

I have tested that form, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. All data that I have entered are shown on the form.

I have also submitted your form and my submission was successfully sent to your email address, with all data that I have entered. 

Were you able to resolve your issue? In case that you have issue with some other form, please provide us ID of that form. And in case that you have embedded your form, provide us URL of your webpage. 

Also tell us which browser and device are you using.

Thank you. When I go into my account, I click on the form for the template. I can edit the form, but cannot save it to my documents.

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve. It is not possible to save form on you computer as document. You can convert you online form to Fillable PDF form.

If you want to share your form with your users you can send them link of your form via email. To get the link of your form inside of Form Builder click on Publish option and copy the link of the form.

Also you can email link to your users directly from our interface.
