Hi, I work for a private investigation agency. The Case Intake form is an important feature. We need our clients or visitors who complete this form to receive a copy of their completed form and the option to PRINT their completed form.

Can individuals receive a copy of their completed forms after submitting?
Yes, you just need to create an email field and it will automatically create an Autoresponder email in the email wizard. This function will allow you to send confirmation email or auto-reply email to the user who submitted the form.

Can individuals print their completed forms?
You can actually attach a PDF file of the submission in the Autoresponder email. In the Autoresponder email wizard, just go to the Advanced tab and switch the PDF Attachment option to Yes.
Once they receive the confirmation email, there will be a PDF attachment. Your users can save it and then open it on PDF reader program where they can print the document.
