How do I create an event registration form with discount codes?

I want to create an event registration form that accepts discount codes that will not charge price of the event ticket.

The event has sponsor levels that come with complimentary tickets (e.g. 4 tickets with Gold Sponsor Level).

I want to set-up the form so the sponsor registers for the event with the codes provided to their organization to register for the event so we capture the names of the people without the sponsor getting charged the event ticket.

For example, ABC Company receives 4 registration codes as a Gold Sponsor to receive 4 complimentary tickets into the event. We want everyone to use the same registration form,

so ABC Company goes to the form and enters the person's name and registration code so they are not charged the price of the ticket. Registration codes would be uploaded and updated in the form by admin.
