Email Notifications

    We are not receiving any email notifications when our customers use our forms. We have tried several different addresses. This has been an ongoing issue that we have contacted your customer service on several times.

    Two email recipients were in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    They have been white-listed now. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:
