I have to remove certain users almost everyday from the bounce list, yet others in our company I never have to remove. It's not on our side. I've sent in several requests for help on this with NO RESOLUTION. This is very frustrating.

I check the emails you provided and currently it is not on our bounce list. I checked your other thread regarding this similar issue and I noticed that one of the email that was added to the bounce list was due to banned IP.
Whitelisting our IP address might solve the issue. Have you tried to whitelisting our mail servers IP addresses on your mail server?
