How do I extract the text submitted in a form?

I’ve done that and it’s only pulling part of the information. I’ve got boxes that content is entered and when I export it to either Excel, CSV or PDF it pulls all the information before the boxes but does not include the boxes or their content. At this point, I’m having to copy and paste (form Inbox) each individual form into Word. I’ve got more than 70 forms and I’ve done 4 in the last hour. HELP!

This is happening because some fields have been excluded to be exported(They are unchecked). You need to make sure to check the fields you want to exported, example:

Just like what BDavid said, you need to enable or checked it in the Fields options. Here's a guide:

1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the "Submissions" button.

2. In the Submissions page, click the "options" icon and then you'll see the Fields section. Under the Fields section, you can check or uncheck the items you want to appear in the exported file.
