Hi-- I'm trying to set up a virtual signing on my website using PayPal as the payment service. I have the form on my web page and everything looks great but when I fill out the form and click "submit" the page does nothing. It just says "please wait" and spins. I have a Wordpress site and I used the Wordpress embed code to add it to my site. When I click on the direct link to my form and fill it out it redirects to PayPal without any problems. Is it an issue with my web site that's causing the form to not redirect to PayPal automatically? Thanks.

Probably the embed method is conflicting with your page's code. Try embedding your form with the Iframe method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
Make sure to set the scrolling property to "yes", example:

Thanks for the response-- I have followed the steps above but when I tried embedding the Iframe part the form disappears completely from my page (see screenshot below). You have my permission to try anything you can to get this to work while embedded on my site. Thanks!

I see you removed the iFrame code and replaced it with the Wordpress embed code again. Can you please instead try using the Embed Form Plugin to embed the form to your page? Here's how: Embed JotForm in Wordpress using the Embed Form Plugin. If the issue still persists, please let us know. Regards.
