    Hi guys,
after submitting the form, it redirect to empty page but the status of form submission is 200 OK. I rechecked the code but there is not anything unusual.
The url is private, integrated into employees portal. I could lend you credentials or source code if you say.
    Regards,
    Troubled customer.

I sent a test submission through your form and was redirected to the thank you page without issue:

If the form still is not completing submissions on your end, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  As far as I can tell though, your form should be working properly.

Received an email that there was some back-end issue, which is fixed now.
Thank you for the response. (Y)

The form was updated on jotforms but the source code on the employee portal had the old source code of the form. so probably there was some incompatibility issue during submission. Can someone comment on that if that might be the case?

Can you please indicate if your form was embedded into your site? If you are using the source code. It is possible that when you have updated your web server/site, the form became corrupt. We recommend using iFrame code instead of the source code when embedding the form. This will eliminate any conflicts that may exist between your site and the form.

Yes I used the form source code. I would love the iframe option but need to modify the source to include some automation and business logic implementation.
thanks again guyz, I suppose I have to reflect changes manually whenever I edit the form.

You are very welcome. Unfortunately, when you are using the source, you will have to manually modify the code so it will reflect the changes made in the form (in Jotform account).
