I have noticed lately my forms are not coming through to my email address. I have tried re-adding the email and everything but its just not working. Can you help please.
I have just reviewed your email and it was located in our bounce list:Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [126.96.36.199] blocked using dnsbl.sorbs.net
I have removed and you should be able to receive notification now.
If you experience this again with your or any other emails, you may remove it by going into your ACCOUNT->SETTINGS->BOUNCE LIST
