My form has been disabled

    It seems because I added my facebook page, my account was disabled.  Please reactivate my account.  Thanks.

    Your account was suspended automatically by our phishing detector tool. I checked your forms and I saw fields that are asking for credit card details. Please take note that you are not allowed to collect credit card information here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    We can only activate your account if you allow us to remove the guilty fields.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, you need to use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form
