The Hawthorne Hotel has been a long-term subscriber to JotForm. However, I do not have account details. We have a new credit card and I need to update our account.
Please advise.

Can you please let us know which account's credit card information you're trying to change?
Anyhow, if you go to My Account-Billing you will be able to see your credit card information and should be able to change it.

Juli Lederhaus and Kristie Poehler are no longer with the Hotel.
