How do I change my billing information/payment method

The Hawthorne Hotel has been a long-term subscriber to JotForm. However, I do not have account details. We have a new credit card and I need to update our account.

Can you please let us know which account's credit card information you're trying to change?

Anyhow, if you go to My Account-Billing  you will be able to see your credit card information and should be able to change it.

This account was set up by our previous General Manager. I have no log in or account information, save for the attached email.
Juli Lederhaus and Kristie Poehler are no longer with the Hotel.

I checked your webpage and did not find any JotForm forms.  Do you happen to have the URL of a webpage where the forms are present or a direct link to any of the forms?  With the information, we can let you know exactly what account the forms are associated with.
