Hello @gaintheedge - I checked your website on both Chrome and Safari (even tried with Firefox just to be sure) and it loaded just fine. I also tried it with the stand alone version https://jotform.com/53335580827157 and that worked too without issues.
Chrome 52.0.2743.116m (64-bit) on Windows 10
Safari 10 on Sierra
