Secondly, I just wanted to suggest that us users be able to edit the form fields in the “send on edit” feature and not have them be the same as the auto-responder. For example, it would be nice if I could hide fields that are hidden in the form from the auto-responder, but have them show up in the “send on edit” response. Also, would be nice if we could customize the “send on edit” subject line for those emails.

If you have some fields on your form that are populated and hidden and you do not want that those fields are shown inside of Autoresponder email, then you can simply remove those fields and values of those fields from Autoresponder email table.

Considering that you want that data from hidden fields is shown in Autoresponder email when you edit your form, I would suggest you to create one additional Autoresponder email inside of your form. On first Autoresponder you will remove hidden fields and second will have all fields. Then you can use conditional login to send first Autoresponder email when your user submit the form and second when you edit and resubmit the form.

How to Send Email Based on Selection

In this case you would also be able to different Email Subject of Autoresponder emails.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
