ieri 11 Agosto 2016 abbiamo provveduto al pagamento di 5 dollari per lo Storage Unlimited.
Nonostante avessimo fatto il pagamento, ci arrivano alcune iscrizioni come "spam".
Potreste controllare il problema.

If I understand correctly, you have received spam submissions on your form? I checked your submissions and it does appear that there are multiple submissions with the same user.
To avoid receiving any more submissions from the spammer, I would suggest you set form limits to your form based on the email address of the submitter. That way, the spammer will no longer be able to submit the same info to your form. Here's how: How to set Form Limits Based on a Unique Question.
