Form is stuck on "please wait"

I made a new form and implemented it into my website. When clients try to pay with paypal and submit the form (on jotforms, not to the paypal part yet) it freezes on submit forms. This is only happening on one of my 4 forms that use paypal. Also, captcha is stuck trying to generate.

I tested the form itself and was redirected to PayPal without issue.  There may be something up with the oEmbed method.  Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:
