Receiving test emails, but not receiving actual submissions.

The test emails are being sent from our servers.
According to the account email history your SMTP configured email notifications are failing. We do have other users who successfully use Microsoft SMTP on their forms, so the issue is most likely related to your SMTP details.
I have noticed that you use different email address and username which might be an issue.
