How to send ID numbers to customers via email

Dear all,

I would create a form that allow our customer receive some protocol or ID number, via e-mail, after submit the form.

I can not find some gadget with this issue. I tryed Unique ID but coldn't find reply number via email.

Could you help me with this question?

If I understand you correctly, you wish to generate a special number on your form, and make sure that your user receives it over email when they submit your form.

To make sure that your Unique ID is correctly included within the autoresponder email your user will receive, you can try removing your existing autoresponder, and setting up a new one in its place:
