Why is my contact form not alligning properly?

    Dear Sirs I have created a contact form called "miss white style form" and I want the width to be 790px which I have now set in preferences but the send button and message box have not adjusted they still remain the same at 980px and have not re-aligned can you please help as this is very urgent as I need to get site live this weekend

    The form seems to be working properly when not embedded. I was unable to access the form on your website since it was protected by the password. If you haven't already, can you please try using the iFrame source embedding method for embedding your form on the website.

    Have adjusted some of css and looks now ok, will contact you again if need to.
