Dear You,
Forgive me, I'm a noob, a skilled media noob, but a coding noob.
Forgive me if I propose something that seems ignorant or plausible, for I am little of both.So heres The Set Up:
A new film competition, with new components, and THIS is the tricky bit. Please read closely and try to keep up.
Teams will enter a brand new film-making competition, www.7days7nights.co.nz, Part of their entry jewellery is this:
Each Team 'contributes' 7 (seven) film-related 'items' to (ahem) The Collective Pool of Awesome (The CPA) which will be a visible list. They will (within a time-window) 'select' seven items from the CPA. The tricky caveat is this: Teams must select 6 (six) items from the General Population of The CPA, plus 1 (one) item from their own contribution list.
So, thats 7 (seven) items, six (6) from GenPop of the CPA and one (1) more from their own contributing list.
What I want to know is this:
How do I...A/
Make a page for Team contributions, nah, scratch that, I think I've got that covered. But, I'd appreciate some guidance.
How do I...B/
Make The CPA a hands-free self-updating list (I really don't to manually copy-paste from emails, eh), but I still need to retain 'moderation' over all their contributions (in case of 'unsuitable' entries, y'know)
Would a 'hidden' state until they're ok'd be the best option? How would I achieve this? (Also, see problem C)
How do I...C/
Keep track of which item was contributed by which Team?! I mean, 60 (sixty) Teams means 420 (four hundred and twenty) items to sort!
How can I...D/
Make it so that 'whom has contributed what' to The CPA is invisible to all Teams, but not to me.
How do I...E/
Ensure that a Team will select only 6 (six) items from the Gen Pop of the CPA and then take 1 (one) from their own contributions? This is really, really important. In advance, a million million million thanks.

Don't worry, feel free to ask anything you want, we will do our best to assist you, and help you accomplish what you need.
On regards of what you are looking for, here are my suggestions:
How do I...B/
We have three widgets that allows the user to add options to the field Radio Button, Drop Down, or Check Box field: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/contribute
Here is how to add a widget to your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form
How do I...C/
In order to keep track of which item was contributed by which Team, you can create a Grid Listing report: https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-Create-a-Grid-Listing-Report
Form: https://form.jotform.co/62263900733856
Report: https://www.jotform.com/grid/62263382199058
How can I...D/
There is no way to hide new contributed option, the widget will show each new option added, so everybody will see them:
How do I...E/
Unfortunately, none of the widgets have the option to set a max selection.
Let us know if you have more questions.

BDavid
Thank you for your kind response,
So, heres the competition on-line form...
http://www.7days7nights.co.nz/the-collective-of-awesome-things/It reports directly to my email, and that fine.
Its the filtering and identification issues that concern me. I can live with everyone seeing the contributions (I can manually delete any contribution if it is unsuitable), but how would you suggest that I make this feature automatic (hands-free contribution addition to the CPA webpage)?I've made the Grid Listing, (THANK YOU!) a big help!!
Biggest headache is keeping track of who sent what.
Thank you.

Biggest headache is keeping track of who sent what.
If I understand correctly, you can track them on the Email.
You may want to use conditional email method so that you will be able to identify or filter who or which submitted what..

Hope this help. Don't hesitate to let us know how we can be of further assistance.
