How to delete sub-labels in the text area?

Any idea how I can solve another problem here:

I want to delete the words "*Write None if there are no... *
It shows up under 3 boxes. Can I delete this in each box?

To delete the sub-label from the three text-areas, you will need to click on the gear icon of each text area.

Then on the General tab, find the sub-label field. You will be able to delete the text from there. Just follow the same steps for each text area.
