Locate deleted enty

Are you trying to restore a deleted form? If so, please follow the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms. But I can see that you are a sub-user account, you can ask the main account holder to restore the form on your behalf.

If you are asking on how to locate a deleted submissions, unfortunately, it's not possible. We don't keep a backup of the deleted submissions so I'm sorry to say that those submissions are unrecoverable.
