created a form with multiple payment options

I've created this form:

It has multiple payment options, however, when I look at registrations I can't figure out what option has been chosen. How do I figure out what someone has paid for?

There is no way to automatically tell which option they have chosen unless there is a field in the form that asks them to choose.  I believe the setup you are looking for is quite similar to the one described in the following guide:
