    Emails not being forwarded to notifying emails

    I set up a notifier to forward emails to a specific email address, but no emails are being sent. Not even to the main email address on file.

    I see that your email address is added to our bounce list due to email delivery was failed multiple times with the following reason.

    X-Postfix; unable to look up host track21houston.com: Name or

    I see that you are using a verified email address as the sender address for the notification. Could you try changing it to JotForm's default email address and see if that helps?

    You may also try setting up SMTP sender email address so that you can send the email notifications using your own email address.
