How can I limit users to selecting a specific answer a certain amount of times

Hello

I am creating an evaluation form/survey and in the test form below, I have 5 questions. I want to limit the user only 2 N/A responses out of the 5 questions

e.g. if the user wants to answer N/A to questions 1,2, and 3, they cannot, they have to atleast answer 3 questions that do not mean N/A and it could be any 3 questions

any idea how to do this?

The best way I can think of to accomplish this would be to use regular radio button fields instead of a matrix.  You can then assign the "N/A" option a calculation value:

I made a quick example form and assigned a value of 1 to the NA option for each field.  All the other options were assigned a value of 0:

I then added a calculation widget to the form:

After that, total up all the radio button fields in the calcualtion:

The calculation widget can be hidden later.

It is then possible to set up conditions based on that total.  In my example form, I set up a text field with a warning message to be shown when the total was greater than 2.  I also hid the submit button:
