Im not receiving email notifications of new form submissions is this something you could have a look at for me please.

That is because your primary email address has been placed in our bounce list. I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening again, we recommend doing the following to your end:
2. Whitelist Jotform. You can see our list of IP addresses and sending domains from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
