I setup an additional user on our account. It said a signup email was sent but they never received anything. I check with our networking department and nothing was getting blocked. please help.
What is the email address you sent the invitation to? Did the recipient check spam or junk folders? You may check if the recipient email is in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
