Can I submit a list of unique submissions?

I am auditing the websites of our clients. There are over 500 of them, so I do not want to be working by myself. I created a form for grading consistency. I would like to add a drop down list of all 500 of the clients. Yes this can be done, BUT what I want to happen is for every audit that is performed for a client, the client disappears off the list. So if I have clients A, B and C, and Lucy grades client C, and I start a submission, client C no longer appears in the drop-down of all the client names.

It would be even more awesome if the same spreadsheet I used to populate the client name list could be used to autofill some of the data in the rest of the form for that client.

    Let me know!

    Thank you,

    Jess

Unfortunately, the dropdown cannot do it. You can set a unique question limit in the form, but that won't remove the selected option from the dropdown. It will show you the warning instead when submitting the form.

A workaround, maybe, would be to use a textbox in the form for you and your team to fill the client name. You can use a spreadsheet file as the reference of the entire list of clients. On the other column of the spreadsheet is a section where you and your team can add a note if the client has been audited already. Outline below:

    I hope that helps.
