Right now once the registration application is filled out and the applicant hits "submit", the form goes to the email address that we use to login with. However, we have different events that we used the jotform registration applications for and would like to have certain event applications sent to a corresponding event email account.

If I understood you correctly, you want to change recipient email address of your email Notification.
You can do that inside of email Notification settings. Simply remove existing email address and add new recipient email address.
