Since July 24th i am not recieving forms on my email account but i can see them on my jotform account. What can i do to fix this?

The email notifications for your for do look to be setup correctly. I checked our logs for the address in your form and there were only 2 recent email notifications. The form itself looks to trigger the notifications properly so there may be an issue with the embedded form.
Try replacing your forms source code with your forms iFrame code:
This will ensure there is not something in your page interfering with the emails triggering or that there is not out of date code in the page.
