My form is disabled all of a sudden.

    and when the customer sends the information they get a message saying the form is disabled. Please help as we use this to get customer data for leads for our business and they are directed there from advertisements that are running

    It looks like you have reached the limit of submissions received this month for a Free account. This is why your forms are currently disabled. You will have to wait until the first day of the next month for the submission counter to reset back to 0. Alternatively, you can upgrade your account to Bronze to increase your submission limits and receive more submissions this month.
