A form that requires completion for access to a file

    Hi there! I need to host an eBook, but I want to force the user to enter their email address, in order to access the download link. Do you have any forms designed for this purpose? Thanks!

    Yes, you can do this with Jotform. 

    You can add an email field in your form and make it as a required field. You can click the Required button to do it. Here's a visual guide on how to do it:

    Now, you can use any of the following to give users the option to download a file after:

    1. Add an autoresponder email and add the download link in the email body: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder.

    2. Add the link in the thank you page. Here's how you can setup the thank you page: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page.
