How do I remove some of my pictures & submissions from storage?

My storage is full and my submissions are almost used up.  First, I want to know how I remove some of my pictures & submissions from storage...Second, I want to know when my submissions count resets so that I have 170 available submissions again?

Your submission count will reset every first day of the next month. You will have to wait until September 1st for the submission counter to reset to 0.
