I changed the email address of where my form should be getting sent to and i'm still getting the form replys and not the new address. How do I change this?Page URL:

I have checked webpage you provided, but I was not able to find any JotForm form. Please provide us exact URL of your embedded form.
I have also checked forms on your account and you have only one form with submissions http://www.jotform.us/form/53144377068156
Recipient email address set inside of that form is ma************s@g***l.com
However when I checked our email log there is no entry for that email address. After that I have checked our log with email address of your account and I saw that recent test Notification were sent to email address of your account. I saw that you have tested your email Notification using "Test Email" button. Please note that this will always send the email notification to email address of your account. You have to make an actual submission in your form to test the recipient email address you have set in the form.
