My forms are not getting to my email address.

I have done 3 test submissions today 8/24/16 and none of them have come thru to my email address.

I just checked your email delivery logs but I did not find any email delivery failures. Have you checked your junk mail/spam folder if the emails landed there?

If you are using an email client such as Eudora or MS Outlook and you do not see the emails anywhere, please try logging in to your webmail account and check the spam folder there. There is possibility that the missing emails landed in the spam folder on your webmail. And due to this reason to why your email client was not able to sync/download the email alerts which you are looking for.

Same issue with us today

This has been going for a week. I help run a dog rescue in Las Vegas and this has cost us fosters since we didn’t get their applications on time and we couldn’t save dogs from being killed at the local kill shelter because of it.

Yes I did it never came thru I also did some test from our website and they didn’t come thru until after I sent the email about it it seems to be fixed now but hope it doesnt happen again.

This form should be titled Adopt a Dog Interest Form not Foster Application. If you look at the form and the title they don’t match what is showing up in your data base. Please fix this as it is confusing to our staff when they are submitted. It is save with the right title on our page with JotForm but not in your database.
