Submitted form has unfilled fields

Hola, me llego una reservación para hoy con la información incompleta

The reason why you got a submission with incomplete fields was because NONE of your form fields are set as REQUIRED.

I recommend you click on each field on your form > then click REQUIRED at the top of your FORM BUILDER:
