Submission download result with an empty Excel file only

    hi

     

    i have many submission and i afraid the storage has been full.

     

    i want to download all the data as excel but I just got a very small useless xlsx file instead.

     

    pls help

    Hi Alan,

    I test by downloading the submission data of your form https://www.jotform.me/form/51246228492456 and it was successful. I was able to get the Excel file data downloaded.
