Hide Field: File Upload field is still being shown on my form

Hi there

I am trying to remove a field which had around uploading COVID vaccinations on our form. I have removed all conditions for this field, and I have also selected Hide Field from the form, however it is still showing when we use the link on our website.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I checked your form, and it seems that some conditions are still tied up in this field. Let me show you how to remove them:

• In your Form Builder, select the Upload File Upload field, and click on the Conditions.

• Then, all the conditions tied to this field will show. Hover your mouse over each condition and click on the pencil icon.
• Remove the field by holding control on your keyboard and by clicking your left mouse.
• Lastly, click Save.
