Changing what the browser tab says

One of our online forms has the wrong title on the tab in the browser once it's open. We've texted it in firefox and chrome.

The name of the form is "Weekend Outdoor Spring Tots/Pre Academy Booking Form", but it's listed in the tab as "Weekday Outdoor Spring Tots/Pre Academy Booking Form". Any idea on how to change that?
